The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about the products and services of our company, combined with the opportunity for users to be able to make contact with the appropriate contact person in house.
In providing our website, we comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA), the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary to protect the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party, unless such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests are, in particular, our commercial interest to be able to provide our website, the security of information, the enforcement of our own legal claims and the compliance with further legislation.

Integration of YouTube

Facebook-Pixel

We aim to determine which of our ads on the Microsoft search engine Advertising have resulted in actions by users on our website, e.g. orders. For the purpose of optimizing our online services, we use "Microsoft Advertising", a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. To improve the performance of our website, we use the New Relic service (New Relic, 88 Spear Street, Suite 1200, San Francisco, CA 94105). Sentry
We use the CDN and error analysis service Sentry (Functional Software Inc. dba Sentry, 45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) to improve the technical stability of our website by monitoring system stability and identifying code errors.

Customer account / contractual services
If you order products and/or services via the website, we process your data (name, address, contact and payment information, if applicable) for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data will only be transferred to third parties if it is necessary for the purpose of the contract. The data will be deleted after the expiry of the tax periods of 10 years after the annual financial statement and the end of the calendar year. The data in the user account will be retained as long as the customer account exists.
Evaluation of user behaviour after your registration
After your registration, additional to the data that you entered, we record your IP address and the time of your registration. With your registration you agree that we evaluate your data. This is necessary in order to continue to offer the high quality of the services of AuPairWorld. For this purpose, we compare the data entered by you with other data that is freely accessible on the internet. This enables us to identify unwanted posts (fun posts, agencies, criminals, etc.). However, AuPairWorld does not guarantee for the quality of the posts. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR; the data processing is necessary for the execution of the contract.
Newsletter and e-mail tracking
The purpose of sending the newsletter is to provide information about new products and services offered by our company. We send newsletters on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The data will not be passed on to third parties. When registering for the newsletter, the so-called double opt-in procedure is used; you must actively confirm your request for the newsletter by clicking on the link in the email sent to you. The newsletter is sent via Mailgun, a brand of Sinch Email. The data is stored in the United Kingdom; access by Sinch Group companies from third countries may be possible under certain circumstances. We have entered into a data protection agreement with Sinch Email that adequately secures access from third countries.
