Questions about the Premium Access
No, Premium does not renew automatically. You choose the duration, and there are no recurring charges.
No, Premium runs for the selected period without interruptions. Deactivating your profile won’t pause or extend it.
When your AuPairWorld Premium Membership expires, your host family account remains active, but you lose access to Premium features.
You can still use your profile and accept contact requests from au pairs. However, without an active Premium Membership, you can no longer:
- send new contact requests to au pairs
- access your chats or continue with the next steps in the matching process
- watch au pair profile videos
If you have already found an au pair and completed the matching process, your au pair placement overview remains available even after your Premium Membership expires. This means you can still access contact details that have already been shared with you.
We recommend that new customers choose the 3-month Premium package, also known as Premium M, as it offers new customers just the right length of time to discuss everything with the au pair at their leisure and make the right decision.
