    Purpose of the data processing
    The purpose of data processing is to initiate business relationships, on the basis of Article 88, paragraph 1, Article 6, paragraph 1 b) GDPR, §26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). Data will not be forwarded to other companies.

    Receiver categories
    Applicant data will not be forwarded to third parties. As we specifically use service providers for our IT which have a duty of confidentiality and data protection, access to personal data within this framework cannot be ruled out. Receiver categories outside company and HR management are consultation companies (e.g. tax consultants, data protection representatives). Data is only forwarded to authorities in the event of legal guidelines which must take top priority. Data is not transmitted to third countries.

    Data storage and deletion of data
    Your data is stored for the duration of the application process; after a decision has been made about your application, and after the position has been awarded, data is stored for 6 months; it can be stored in the event of initiative applications, or with your consent to store the data for a longer period in the event of any future engagements, for a maximum of two years.

    Your right to information, rectification, deletion, object and data portability
    You may avail yourself of your right to information, rectification and deletion of data at any time. You can contact us in this regard using one of the methods described above. Should you require data to be deleted, which we are still legally obliged to retain, access to your data will be restricted. The same applies to an appeal. You may avail yourself of your right to data portability if the recipient and ourselves have the technical means.

    Lodging a complaint
    You have the option at any time to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

    Obligation to provide information
    It is not possible to carry out the application process if you do not provide the correct information. This can result in us not being able to consider your application in an ongoing process.

These receiver categories are: consultancy and service provider companies (e.g. tax consultants, data protection representatives). Data is only forwarded to authorities in the event of legal guidelines which must take top priority. Data is not transmitted to third countries.

    Duration of data storage and deletion
    Your data is stored for the duration of the contractual period; after the end of the contractual relationship, we are obliged to store tax-related documents for 10 years after the annual audit, and after the end of the calendar year. The data is then deleted.

    You may avail yourself of your right to information, rectification and deletion of data at any time. Simply contact us using one of the methods described above. Should you require data to be deleted, which we are still legally obliged to retain, access to your data will be restricted. The same applies to an appeal.     Processing of personal data by Twitter

    Data processed by us
