Interested au pairs should be aware that all au pair placements in the USA must be made through a designated agency under the official J-1 Visa Program.

It will always be necessary to have a personal interview with representatives of the chosen agency before the J-1 visa application can be processed. No fees should be paid in advance of this contact. Requests for payment that are made without such contact should be ignored as scam attempts.
