Autumn has now settled in. The summer au pair adventures are long over. But that is no reason to be sad: Look back on this great time and share your experience with other au pairs and host families.
Write an au pair story for us about your time as or with a summer au pair. What did you like? What didn't you like? Where were there issues? Did you go on holiday with your host family to somewhere outside of your host country? Did you learn the language of your host country? Did you get to know any other au pairs?
Give your memories full rein! Both future au pairs and host families will benefit from your experiences. Simply send your au pair story with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is how to write au pair story. We're looking forward to lots of submissions.
If you would like to win a "Wahrig" (the most important dictionary for German): AuPairWorld is supporting a master's thesis, which is investigating how the language skills of an au pair change during their au pair stay. The aim is to find out more about the language acquisition of au pairs in Germany. If you have 5 minutes to spare, we would love it if you could take part.
